Only the following individuals may attend the clinics listed below:
4 t! {5 S$ i( w$ E: m·         Individuals under the age of 65 who have underlying medical conditions;
; o, K; X3 J# }·         Children between six (6) months and less than five (5) years of age;
% R! o# w( w+ G' y& P  l! a·         Household members of children under the age of six (6) months;
$ C# D! V5 \+ Q% S+ ?6 @2 @# Y; j  b·         Household members of individuals with compromised immune systems;
5 ?0 q3 ^; f( V/ N) |+ f·         Pregnant women with underlying medical conditions or healthy women over 20 weeks of pregnancy;
·         Health care workers.
Please do not attend any of these clinics if you are currently ill with fever or respiratory symptoms.
